Instructions
- Cook the Bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Whisk the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Scramble the Eggs: Melt butter in the same skillet over medium-low heat, pour in the egg mixture and cook gently until soft curds form.
- Toast the Bagel: Slice and toast the bagel until golden and crisp.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Place cheddar cheese on the bottom bagel half, pile with scrambled eggs and crispy bacon.
- Add Chives: Sprinkle fresh chives on top of the bacon if desired.
- Top and Serve: Add the top bagel half, serve warm and enjoy!
