- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, brown the butter over medium heat until it turns golden and has a nutty aroma. Let it cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cooled brown butter until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the salted caramel sauce until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon for rolling.
- Scoop the dough and roll it into balls, then roll in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
