- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 onion, diced

- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add halved Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper, and paprika, stirring well to combine.
- Cover the skillet and cook for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts are tender.
- If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes for extra heat and serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh Brussels sprouts for the best flavor and avoid overcrowding the skillet when cooking the turkey.
