Ingredients
Scale

- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Toss in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in ground turkey, breaking it apart, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add halved Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir to coat.
- Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh Brussels sprouts for best texture. Don’t overcook the turkey to keep it moist. Experiment with seasonings to suit your taste.
