- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the cauliflower for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain well.
- In a bowl, mix the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the cauliflower florets and half of the shredded cheese into the buffalo sauce mixture.
