- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 20 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over the filling, and roll tightly, sealing the edges securely.
- Heat oil to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) in a deep fryer or large pan. Fry the egg rolls in batches for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
Use leftover chicken for convenience. Test oil temperature before frying for best results.
