Description

A scrumptious twist on the classic buffalo chicken dip, these egg rolls feature creamy, spicy flavors in a perfectly crispy wrapper.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 20 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well combined.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over the filling, and roll tightly, sealing the edges securely.
  4. Heat oil to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) in a deep fryer or large pan. Fry the egg rolls in batches for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauces.
