Description

A delicious twist on a classic dish, these Bundt Pan Nachos feature layers of tortilla chips, seasoned beef, and plenty of cheese, all baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag (12 oz) tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef, stirring until well-coated and thickened. Remove from heat.
  4. Grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray.
  5. Layer tortilla chips in the Bundt pan, covering the bottom and sides.
  6. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the chips.
  7. Spread half of the cooked ground beef over the cheese.
  8. Add black beans and salsa over the beef.
  9. Repeat layers: chips, cheeses, beef, black beans, salsa.
  10. Top with the remaining cheese.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
  12. Let cool slightly, invert onto a serving platter, and gently lift to release.
  13. Top with sour cream, jalapeños, olives, cilantro, and avocado. Serve with lime wedges.

Notes

For a leaner option, substitute ground turkey or chicken. Customize with different cheeses or toppings based on preference.
