A delightful twist on classic spaghetti, infused with bold Cajun flavors and a rich, creamy cheese sauce.

- 400g spaghetti
- 450g diced sirloin or ribeye steak
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 100g cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sear the Beef: Toss diced beef with Cajun seasoning, then in a hot skillet, melt the butter and sear the beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan; stir until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Return the beef and spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve immediately. Add extra cheese and Cajun spice if desired.
Notes
For best flavor, always salt your pasta water. Adjust Cajun seasoning based on spice preference.
