Description

A delightful twist on classic hard-boiled eggs, transformed into a flavor-packed snack with a rich and creamy garlic butter sauce infused with Cajun spices.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6–8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, peel, and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and reduce the heat to avoid burning.
  3. Add sliced onions and cook until soft and fragrant.
  4. Stir in garlic, garlic paste, and seasonings, letting them cook to develop flavors.
  5. Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for 5 minutes to combine the flavors.
  6. Place boiled eggs in a bowl and pour the hot sauce over the top before serving.

Notes

Use fresh garlic and onions to elevate the flavor. Adjust spiciness according to your preference.
