Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over each fillet.
- Let the salmon warm in the sauce for another minute before serving hot.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute butter with ghee or coconut oil. Adjust the Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
