- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a lined pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla, ricotta cheese, and chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 40-45 minutes, until the edges are set.
- Let cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
- Before serving, dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
