Description

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a lined pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla, ricotta cheese, and chocolate chips gently.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 40-45 minutes, until the edges are set.
