Ingredients

- 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese
- 4 medium Tomatoes
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes into thick slices, about half an inch thick for a good bite.
- Layer the mozzarella and tomato slices on a serving plate, interspersing them with fresh basil leaves for a pop of green.
- Heat balsamic vinegar over medium heat in a small pot, simmering until it reduces to a thick glaze, about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad, followed by a light drizzle of olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh flavors!
