Description

A refreshing Caprese Salad featuring fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and aromatic basil, topped with a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes into thick slices, about half an inch thick for a good bite.
