Description

  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 1 cup caramel bits or diced caramel candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped apples and caramel bits gently.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
