Instructions
- Prepare the Apples: Peel and dice the apples into small chunks.
- Prep the Biscuit Dough: Open the biscuit dough and cut each piece into quarters, tossing in a mix of granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Grease the Pan: Generously grease a bundt pan to prevent sticking.
- Layer the Dough and Apples: Layer half of the sugared dough in the pan, sprinkle half of the diced apples, and repeat with the remaining dough and apples.
- Make the Caramel Sauce: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, whisk in brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, and simmer until smooth and bubbly.
- Add the Caramel: Pour the warm caramel sauce over the layered dough and apples.
- Bake: Place the bundt pan in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate and serve warm.
