Description

Indulge in these creamy and rich Caramel Cheesecake Bars – a perfect balance of sweet and savory atop a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (115g) melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well and press firmly into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
