- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (115g) melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well and press firmly into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
