- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet or pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through, then drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the orzo pasta and beef broth, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let everything simmer for around 10 minutes, or until the orzo is tender, stirring occasionally.
