- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 cheese slices
- 1 small diced onion
- 1/2 cup pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Cook the ground turkey with diced onion, salt, and pepper in a skillet until browned.
- Spread the turkey mixture evenly on the rolls, add cheese slices, and top with pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Place the top half of the rolls on the sliders.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure turkey is cooked to a safe internal temperature of 165ยฐF.
