Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the sausage until browned.
- Add the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- In a large pot, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain.
- Combine the cooked gnocchi with the sausage mixture in the skillet.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
