- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cheese tortellini, spinach (if using), garlic powder, Italian seasoning, heavy cream, and chicken broth.
- Stir everything together until the tortellini and chicken are fully coated in the creamy mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a small baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
