Description

Delicious sliders made with turkey, gooey cheese, and tart cranberry sauce, perfect for using up holiday leftovers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Turkey Breast Meat (Can substitute with deli turkey or chicken.)
  • 1 cup White Cheddar (Mozzarella or gouda can be used.)
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce (Any fruity sauce can be swapped.)
  • 12 rolls Hawaiian Rolls (Any slider-sized bread can be used.)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (Olive oil is a lighter alternative.)
  • 1 tablespoon Poultry Seasoning (Fresh thyme or rosemary can be used.)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (Fresh minced garlic can enhance flavor.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half without separating them.
  3. On the bottom half of the rolls, layer the turkey meat, followed by the cranberry sauce and sprinkle the white cheddar cheese on top.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, poultry seasoning, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the top half of the rolls.
  5. Place the top half back on the sliders and cover the pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes, slice apart, and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. These sliders are best served warm and can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge.
