Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
2. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Sear the chicken breasts for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
5. Pour in heavy cream and stir to create a creamy garlic base.
6. Reduce heat and let chicken simmer for 8–10 minutes.
7. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the chicken.
8. Cover the skillet or transfer to the oven to melt and brown the cheese.
9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt or half-and-half.
Add sun-dried tomatoes or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
Serve with roasted vegetables or garlic bread for a complete meal.
