- 1 cup rice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion over medium heat and drain excess fat.
- Add the rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with shredded cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
