- 2 lbs frozen hash browns

- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped green onions, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the hashbrown mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
