Ingredients

- 2 cups Pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pound Chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in the pasta and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until pasta is tender.
- Mix in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and coats the pasta.
- Remove from heat and let sit for a couple of minutes to thicken before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before enjoying!

For best results, use fresh ingredients and be careful not to overcook the pasta.
