Description

A comforting and creamy one-pot chicken Alfredo pasta dish, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pound Chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Stir in the pasta and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until pasta is tender.
  4. Mix in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and coats the pasta.
  5. Remove from heat and let sit for a couple of minutes to thicken before serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before enjoying!
