Description

Deliciously crispy bites filled with gooey mozzarella and rich parmesan, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs together with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Shape small amounts of the cheese mixture into golf ball-sized bites.
  5. Dip each ball into the egg mixture, then roll them in the panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the coated bites on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
