Delicious bite-sized pizza bombs filled with gooey cheese and pepperoni, great for any occasion.

- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Open the can of refrigerated pizza dough and unroll it onto a clean surface.
- Cut the pizza dough into squares, about 2 inches on each side.
- Sprinkle a small amount of flour on the surface to prevent the dough from sticking.
- Take a heaping tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and place it in the center of each dough square.
- Layer a slice or two of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Top with a pinch of grated Parmesan cheese.
- Dust with garlic powder and dried oregano.
- Fold the corners of each dough square toward the center, sealing the filling inside.
- Roll each dough ball between your hands to ensure itโs fully sealed.
- Arrange the dough balls on a baking sheet, leaving space in between each one.
- Brush the tops with olive oil using a pastry brush.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- While baking, pour marinara sauce into a small dipping bowl.
- Once baked, let cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
Notes
For a fun variation, try adding different cheeses or spices. Serve warm for the best taste!
