Description

Delicious bite-sized pizza bombs filled with gooey cheese and pepperoni, great for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Open the can of refrigerated pizza dough and unroll it onto a clean surface.
  3. Cut the pizza dough into squares, about 2 inches on each side.
  4. Sprinkle a small amount of flour on the surface to prevent the dough from sticking.
  5. Take a heaping tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and place it in the center of each dough square.
  6. Layer a slice or two of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  7. Top with a pinch of grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Dust with garlic powder and dried oregano.
  9. Fold the corners of each dough square toward the center, sealing the filling inside.
  10. Roll each dough ball between your hands to ensure itโ€™s fully sealed.
  11. Arrange the dough balls on a baking sheet, leaving space in between each one.
  12. Brush the tops with olive oil using a pastry brush.
  13. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  14. While baking, pour marinara sauce into a small dipping bowl.
  15. Once baked, let cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
