- 1 lb chicken breast, diced

- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once heated, add diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
- Mix in ranch seasoning and heavy cream, bringing to a light simmer.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese, allowing the cheese to melt and coat the pasta.
- Serve warm straight from the skillet.
