  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a separate bowl.
  5. Add eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and maple syrup to the butter mixture and mix until blended.
  6. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough, roll into balls, and coat in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Place dough balls on the baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
