Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a separate bowl.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and maple syrup to the butter mixture and mix until blended.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough, roll into balls, and coat in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
- Place dough balls on the baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
