- 8 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, and let it simmer for a few minutes until it starts to thicken.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Combine cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken with the Alfredo sauce, mixing well. Season with additional salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Don’t overcook the chicken. Use fresh Parmesan for better flavor and texture. Reserve some pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
