- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the non-mayo side of one slice, layer the sliced chicken, avocado, and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the other slice of bread, mayo side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Once melted, place the sandwich in the skillet and grill until golden brown and cheese is melted, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
