Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. On the non-mayo side of one slice, layer the sliced chicken, avocado, and cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread, mayo side up.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  6. Once melted, place the sandwich in the skillet and grill until golden brown and cheese is melted, flipping halfway through.
