Description

A juicy Chicken Avocado Melt Sandwich with creamy avocado spread, tender chicken, and melted cheese on golden grilled bread perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

4 slices sourdough bread

1 ripe avocado

1 tbsp lime juice

2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced

4 slices cheddar cheese

1 tbsp butter or olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

2. Warm chicken and season with your preferred spices.

3. Spread avocado mixture on one slice of bread.

4. Layer chicken and cheese on top of avocado.

5. Place second bread slice on top and brush outside with butter or oil.
