- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 medium avocados
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub it evenly.
- Combine the seasonings and sprinkle it over the chicken, massaging it in.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
- While the chicken bakes, prepare the other ingredients by mashing the avocados with lime juice.
- Mix the ranch dressing and sour cream together in a separate bowl.
- Remove the chicken from the oven, let it rest, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave or skillet.
- Spread ranch mixture on each tortilla, add shredded chicken, mashed avocado, cheeses, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Fold the tortillas and roll tightly to form burritos. Optionally, crisp in a skillet before serving.
Notes
Customize your burritos with ingredients like black beans or different cheeses. For a spicy kick, add jalapeños.
