Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
- While the fries are baking, season the diced chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Using the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, crumble it, and set aside.
- Once the fries are crispy, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the cooked chicken and bacon on top.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken and bacon, then scatter the cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the oven, top with sliced green onions if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Using russet potatoes gives the best crispy fries. Adjust seasonings to your preference and ensure fries are spread out on the baking sheet for optimal crispiness.
