Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and heat through until the chicken is warmed and the spices are aromatic.
- Layer the cooked rice as the base in serving bowls, followed by the sautéed chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and diced avocado on top.
