Description

A comforting Chicken Cobbler Dinner Casserole filled with shredded chicken, veggies, and a creamy sauce topped with buttery biscuits.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions and spoon it over the chicken mixture. Drizzle melted butter on top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the biscuit topping.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep and feel free to mix and match veggies. Make-ahead option available.
