Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Cook the sliced chicken breasts until they are no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir-fry sauce, stirring to coat well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
