Description

A quick and delicious chicken stir-fry with mixed vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon stir-fry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the sliced chicken breasts until they are no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir-fry sauce, stirring to coat well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

Fresh ingredients elevate the dish’s flavor and texture. Allow chicken to rest before slicing for juiciness.
