- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch with a little water.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies, stirring well to coat, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for 30 minutes before cooking.
