Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  3. Toss in the mixed vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch with a little water.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies, stirring well to coat, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
