- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked spinach (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked spinach. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate into individual triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end towards the point, sealing the edges tightly.
- Place the rolled-up crescent dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
