Description

A quick and easy stir fry packed with protein and vegetables, flavored with soy sauce. Perfect for a healthy meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 5-6 minutes, until the veggies are tender.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and mix well.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  6. Serve immediately over rice or enjoy as is.

Notes

Make sure to cut the vegetables and chicken into similar sizes for even cooking. For more flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. You can add more vegetables like broccoli or snap peas for a healthier dish.
