  • ¼ cup Sour cream (optional)
  • 1 Lime (for garnish), cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Brown the turkey: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until fully browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add seasoning: Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the browned turkey with a splash of water and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Build your bowl: Start with a base of shredded lettuce in a bowl.
  4. Layer toppings: On top of the lettuce, add the cooked turkey, diced tomatoes, corn, and beans, along with any optional toppings.
