  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie dish to create a delicious crust.
  2. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until it’s smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined and fluffy.
