Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Incorporate the eggs and vanilla extract into the mixture and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

- Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and roll in powdered sugar.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are cracked.
- Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.
