Description

An easy and delightful bar version of classic s’mores, combining graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows for a gooey treat everyone loves.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate, melted for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
  3. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
  5. Sprinkle the milk chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly over the crust.
  6. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the toppings.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
  8. Let cool on a wire rack for about 30 minutes.
  9. Drizzle with melted semisweet chocolate, then cut into squares and serve.
