An easy and delightful bar version of classic s’mores, combining graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows for a gooey treat everyone loves.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate, melted for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
- Sprinkle the milk chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly over the crust.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
- Let cool on a wire rack for about 30 minutes.
- Drizzle with melted semisweet chocolate, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
