Description

Delightful chocolate-coated peanut butter snowballs, combining creamy peanut butter and graham cracker crunch for a perfect treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling
  • Optional: sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers until a dough forms.
  2. Roll into balls roughly the size of a tablespoon and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the baking sheet for about 30 minutes to maintain the balls’ shape.
  4. Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until simmering, then add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
  5. Dip each frozen peanut butter ball in the chocolate coating and let excess drip off before placing back on the sheet.
  6. Drizzle with caramel sauce and optionally sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Refrigerate until chocolate has set, then serve chilled.

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for the best flavor and texture. Feel free to customize the chocolate or toppings.
