- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers until a dough forms.
- Roll into balls roughly the size of a tablespoon and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the baking sheet for about 30 minutes to maintain the balls’ shape.
- Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until simmering, then add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
- Dip each frozen peanut butter ball in the chocolate coating and let excess drip off before placing back on the sheet.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and optionally sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate until chocolate has set, then serve chilled.
