- 200g dark chocolate

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Sift together the flour and cocoa powder, then gently fold into the egg mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cake springs back when touched.
- Let the cake cool, then turn it out onto a kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar. Roll the cake tightly with the towel and cool completely.
- For the filling, beat the cream and cream cheese together until smooth.
- Unroll the cooled cake, spread the filling evenly, and roll it up again without the towel.
- Melt the dark chocolate, let it cool slightly, and spread it over the rolled cake.
- Dust with powdered sugar and decorate with fresh cranberries.
- Slice and serve.
