Description
A hearty sandwich made with chopped chicken, crispy bacon, creamy ranch, and fresh vegetables layered inside a soft sub roll.
Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts
6 strips bacon
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped lettuce
1 sliced tomato
2 sub rolls
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then cook until done and chop into small pieces.
2. Cook bacon until crispy, drain excess oil, and chop into small bits.
3. Mix chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing together in a bowl.
4. Lightly toast the sub rolls, spread ranch inside, and fill with the chicken bacon mixture.
5. Add lettuce, tomato slices, and shredded cheese on top.
6. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Use turkey bacon and light ranch for a healthier option.
Add extra vegetables such as cucumbers or spinach for more freshness.
Whole wheat rolls can be used to increase fiber.
