Ingredients

Scale
  • 300 grams dark chocolate (50-70% cocoa)
  • 300 millilitres heavy cream or double cream
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 200 grams dark chocolate (for coating)

  5. Roll small portions of the chilled mixture into balls and refrigerate to firm them up again.

  7. Transfer coated truffles to parchment paper and garnish with orange peel or edible gold leaf if desired.
  8. Allow the chocolate to set completely before storing the truffles.

Notes
