Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and pepper; mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
