Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and pepper; mix until well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, and brown sugar until well combined.
  5. Pour the cranberry mixture over the meatballs, evenly covering each one.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer, garnished with extra parsley or cranberries if desired.

Notes

For a healthier option, use ground turkey or chicken. Adjust the sauces to your preference for sweetness and flavor.
