- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Cut the dough into a Christmas tree shape and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread the spinach dip over the tree-shaped dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Fold the extra dough over the dip to create branches and press to seal.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Mix melted butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley in a bowl, and brush over the baked breadsticks.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to drain the spinach well to avoid a watery dip. Feel free to customize with additional ingredients or different cheeses.
