- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy for about 2-3 minutes, then add vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Mix granulated sugar with ground cinnamon for coating. Roll chilled dough into small balls and coat with cinnamon sugar.
- Place the coated balls on the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
